- All account balances must be current with a zero balance prior to receiving delivery
- Account balances are due upon receipt of oil delivery
- Balances allow a 10-day grace period to provide payment without risk of late fees
- Any balances not paid within the 10 day grace period will incur an additional cost of 10¢/gallon
- Any balances not paid within 30 days will incur late fees of 1.5% interest per month
- Default occurs with non-payment, filing bankruptcy, or making assignment for benefit of creditors
- Lowest Price Oil reserves the right to demand payment in full in upon default
- Customer is responsible for any and all expenses incurred in effort to collect debt upon default
- Lowest Price Oil may accept partial payments without forfeiting the right to the entire balance owed
- Cancellation of auto-fill must be requested prior to receiving delivery in order to avoid responsibility for payment regardless of whether or not customers still reside at premises or not
By signing below I certify that the information I have provided in this application is true and accurate. I have read and accept the terms and conditions mentioned above and I hereby consent to receive automatic oil deliveries from Lowest Price Oil. I guarantee that I will pay the entirety of my balance due at the time of delivery. I understand and accept that the information that I have provided on this application may be used by Lowest Price Oil to conduct personal background inquiries to determine my eligibility for automatic deliveries. These inquiries may include, but are not limited to: criminal record search through state and federal historical records and credit history search through credit reporting agencies. I understand and accept that Lowest Price Oil reserves the right to deny my request for automatic deliveries without reason. I also understand and accept that Lowest Price Oil reserves the right to cease automatic deliveries at any time without reason. If I have indicated on this application that I would like to enroll in automatic payments I hereby give Lowest Price Oil permission to charge my credit card immediately following delivery for the entire balance due. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Lowest Price Oil with regard to any changes to my heating system or changes in my oil consumption that may result in unsafe delivery conditions (i.e. unexpectedly full tank or running out of oil). Lowest Price Oil accepts no responsibility for any damages incurred under any circumstances including, but not limited to, those mentioned above. I, as the customer, accept and acknowledge any and all risks associated with receiving automatic oil deliveries from Lowest Price Oil and accept total responsibility for any damages that may occur to my property or heating system in the event of an over-fill or my system running out of fuel.
