Our Budget Agreement

This Budget Agreement is made between Lowest Price Oil and the Customer listed below for the purpose of providing home heating oil deliveries on a budget plan.

1. Term

• This Agreement begins on the date signed and continues until terminated by either party with written notice.

2. Payment Terms

• The Customer agrees to make regular budget payments as outlined by Lowest Price Oil.
• Payments will be applied toward the Customer’s heating oil account balance.
• Any outstanding balance not covered by budget payments remains the responsibility of the Customer.

3. Pricing

• Rates are not fixed. Heating oil prices fluctuate based on market conditions, and the Customer understands that the price per gallon may increase or decrease during the term of this Agreement.
• Adjustments to budget payment amounts may be made at any time to reflect changes in oil prices or consumption.

4. Automatic Payments

• The Customer authorizes Lowest Price Oil to charge the credit or debit card on file for:
• Regular budget payments, and
• Any outstanding balances not addressed by the Customer within the agreed timeframe.
• If the card on file is declined, the Customer must provide updated payment information immediately to avoid interruption of service and/or legal actions.

5. Customer Responsibility

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Lowest Price Oil of any changes in contact information, payment method, or consumption needs.
• The Customer must request any revisions or adjustments outside of the original agreement (e.g., change in delivery schedule, budget amount, or payment frequency).

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes due immediately and will be charged to the card on file.

By signing below, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Budget Agreement.
